An evaluation report stating the measures to be taken to eliminate significant risks is prepared at the beginning of the project.

Our client's field of activity is the service of determining and presenting the requested additional security needs beyond the specified security measures.

Personnel with the most appropriate personal characteristics and equipment required by your projects are selected and first subjected to a psychological and corporate image evaluation by Human Resources. Afterwards, he receives orientation training. Persons who pass the job qualifications are accepted to perform their duties.

All the trainings our personnel receive regularly are inspected by our Operations unit day and night, in proportion to the needs of the project. As a result of these inspections, your management is informed through periodic visits.

Weekly, monthly and annual reports are made by our operations unit. In addition to our project visits, you will be kept up to date with meetings and visits about both safety procedures and our staff.

Operational Reporting

Reporting Process

It is filled out every 3 months for the first year. Afterwards, notifications are made to Falkan Quality department through the evaluation form twice a year. The quality department shares the findings and requests from the service evaluation form with the company's client representative and the operations department.

Project reports created periodically by security guards, project manager, regional manager and operations manager are presented to your management.

After a six-month project period, a photographic analysis report containing risks and precautions is prepared, aiming to classify risks and offer solutions based on the events experienced.
